The Black Heroes Employee Resource Group was formed in 2023 in order to celebrate Delivery Hero's Black colleagues, and to foster a culture of diverse allyship across Delivery Hero. We believe that when we uplift each other, we create a stronger, more inclusive workplace.

We are a group of individuals of African descent who are committed to driving positive change in our organization. We create safe spaces for honest dialogue and advocate for initiatives, with the aim of improving opportunities for Black employees.
Our Mission
At the heart of our mission is a commitment to cultivate a workplace where diversity isn't just acknowledged, but is fully embraced. We aim to empower the Black community at Delivery Hero by advocating for better representation, ensuring that ALL members feel heard and engaged, by building a Community Mindset for ALL Black Heroes, and defining a proper support structure within the community.
