How We Hire

We’re glad you’re here! Our hiring process is designed to be simple and transparent. Our interview process typically takes 4–6 weeks, though this may change depending on the role. If you need an update or have questions, reach out to your recruiter. They’re here to help!

Our Interview Process

We want you to feel ready, so here is a breakdown of our typical stages.
While the order might shift depending on the team, the goal is always the same: getting to know you, and the impact you can make.

Leadership Principles: We hire for excellence in craft and for the Leadership Principles that shape how we think, decide, and collaborate. What you achieve matters and how you achieve it defines us. 1. Talent Acquisition
30–45 min

This is an introductory conversation to discuss your background, motivations, and what you’re looking for in your next role. 
What to expect: We’ll walk you through the team structure and the specific steps of the hiring process.

2. Technical Assessment

This stage focuses on your domain expertise. It is designed to reflect the functional challenges you’ll tackle in the role and your problem-solving approach. 
What to expect:  We will provide clear expectations and time estimates ahead of time.

3. Hiring Manager
30–60 min

You’ll meet your potential manager to discuss your expertise and professional experience in more detail. 
What to expect: Be ready to talk about past challenges and how you solved them. This is also the best time to ask about team goals and your potential impact.

4. Collaboration
45–90 min

You’ll meet the key partners you would work with daily. These conversations focus on communication, working styles, and how you collaborate across teams. 
What to expect: We’ll discuss real-life scenarios to see how we might work together effectively.

5. Final Interview
30–60 min

Depending on the role, you may meet with senior stakeholders to ensure mutual alignment on the vision for the position. 
What to expect: We’ll use this time to answer any final questions and confirm that our expectations match yours.

6. Offer & Next Steps

If there is a strong match, your recruiter will reach out to walk you through the offer details and the journey toward your first day.

What happens between steps? After each stage, our team will take a few days to align & confirm next steps.

Interview Tips

Do your prep (but don't overthink it)

We’re more interested in how you think, over memorized answers. Take time to understand the role, our business, and our Leadership Principles.

Be yourself (really!)

You don’t need to fit a mold. We value different perspectives, experiences, and ways of thinking.

Ask the questions that matter to you

 The interview is a two-way conversation. Use it to understand if this role and team are right for you.

It's ok not to know everything

We’re not looking for perfection. If you don’t know something, be honest. We’ll guide you with follow-up questions.

Prepare your setup 

Make sure you have what you need (stable internet, quiet space, water, notes if helpful) so you can focus on the conversation.
