Senior / Principal Product Manager, Agentic AI - (Vendor)

We are on the lookout for a Senior / Principal Product Manager, Agentic AI to join the Vendor team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

You’ll be leading the development of a Conversational AI Agent that will revolutionise how our restaurant partners interact with our platform.  This agent will serve as an intelligent assistant who will enable our restaurant partners to manage their operations, boost their visibility and increase their reach to customers. Every feature you help build will create growth opportunities for restaurants of all sizes, strengthening Delivery Hero’s ecosystem and impact.

• Shape and execute the product strategy for the AI Agent — a technically challenging product area impacting the vendor experience across 60+ countries

• Collaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders across global and local teams to creatively solve problems and prioritize the needs of our restaurant partners

• Identify and develop new opportunities that address key pain points for restaurant partners, drive adoption of the AI Agent across markets, and balance innovation with the development of foundational capabilities

• Generate actionable insights using data, informing smarter decisions, and building consensus around the product roadmap

• Define success metrics, lead continuous experimentation, and optimize product performance to deliver incremental business impact

• 6+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering results in multi-market environments and experience building products that scale globally, with sensitivity to local market nuances

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered products; familiarity with conversational agents is highly desirable

• Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with the ability to uncover patterns, form hypotheses, and make data-driven decisions and recommendations

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action — you thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy building 0-1 products from scratch

• Solid understanding of agile development practices and the confidence to engage in technical discussions

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision with proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across AI, engineering, design, and data science
