Principal Product Performance - (Logistics)

We are on the lookout for a Principal Product Performance to join Logistics Product on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

• Be responsible for achieving pre-defined quarterly business objectives in selected countries around the world

• Define,  coordinate and guide multiple cross-functional workstreams across several locations

• Identify areas of improvements in local operations and global logistics product suite with high impact on customer and experience

• Take ownership of high P&L impact projects

• Co-determine global Logistics product and business strategies

• At least 8+ years of professional experience in Product, Operations or Data related roles

• Highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail

• Be assertive and able to collaborate with stakeholders executing Delivery Hero’s strategy

• Manage the balancing act of influencing both regional operations teams as well as regional COOs and CPOs

• Strive in uncertainty and work absolutely independently off of little guiding inputs and you are strong in your execution and getting things done through others

• Be confident in working against ambitious business targets and tight deadlines and you easily convert your on the ground experience into scalable product solutions

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
