The process of hiring employees may differ depending on the position. An indicative procedure is the following:
Review of Applications
We review the applications and select those that meet the requirements for the respective role.
Phone call / Video call to get to know each other
Candidates participate in a short phone/video call with someone from our team for an initial introduction.
Assessment
In some cases, candidates are asked to respond to a case study, relevant to the role they are interested in, in order to assess their skills, within a specific time frame.
Interview
We then contact the top candidates and conduct an interview to get to know them better, to introduce them to people from our team and to resolve any questions.
Offer
We contact the candidate we believe will be the most suitable for the role, and make a financial offer.
