Order placed: Application submitted
Your journey starts with your application. Share your CV and tell us why you 're excited about the role, we'll take it from there and check if there's a match.
Preparing your order: Screening & interview
Next, we’ll give you a quick call to get to know you better. If things align, we’ll invite you to a full interview where we’ll dive into your skills, experience, and what drives you.
Cooking in progress: Task or assessment (if needed)
For some roles, we’ll send over a task to see how you approach challenges. Think of it as your way to show off your flavor and working style.
Out for Delivery: Final interview
Almost there! You’ll meet with team members or leadership for the final chat. It’s about making sure the chemistry’s right on both sides.
Delivered: Offer & onboarding
You made it! We’ll share your offer with you and get you ready for your first day. From here on out, you’re part of the team, ready to roll with us!
