About the opportunity

We are on the lookout for a Specialist, Product Operations to join the Financial Services Product Operations team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

Be part of building the financial backbone of Delivery Hero. You’ll develop products that empower millions of customers and merchants, from seamless payments to innovative financial solutions like wallets and credit. Your work will support our path to profitability by creating financial flexibility for users and enabling smooth transactions across our markets.

  • Monitor relevant KPIs, product performance and operational efficiencies globally

  • Interact with and support our operations & performance stakeholders globally

  • Proactively find areas for improvement backed up by data, are innovative in seeking the best solution and execute in a timely and considered manner

  • Support the roll-out of new products and features aimed at improving our users’ experience, business performance and operational efficiency

  • Conduct in-depth analysis to provide product and tech teams with insights to aid prioritization, strategy formulation and partner to shape the roadmap 


What you need to be successful

  • 3+ years of previous experience in the consumer internet industry in an Analytics, Operations, Product role in FinTech industry is a plus

  • Strong understanding of B2B and/or B2C products with hands on experience with APIs

  • Strong knowledge and experience with SQL and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau or Data Studio)

  • You are highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail

  • Outstanding stakeholder management, organizational skills & analytical skills anchored on Pragmatic and autonomous ways of working

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
