Senior Product Manager, Fulfillment Mobile App - (Quick Commerce)

We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to join the Quick Commerce Fulfilment team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Be part of redefining how customers experience quick commerce. You’ll help build technology that scales our non-food offerings, reaching new market segments and driving revenue growth. By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you’ll make Delivery Hero the go-to platform for a broad range of products, helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.

At Delivery Hero, you will lead the development and evolution of our Fulfilment mobile app, a  mission-critical tool used by internal users to fulfill millions of customer orders across 70+ countries in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia directly impacting user satisfaction and driving operational efficiency.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to define what a great user experience looks like and be the end-to-end owner of key initiatives to support the fast-paced world of quick commerce. In this role you will:

• Define and own the product roadmap, making data-driven prioritization decisions and driving execution of top priority initiatives.

• Lead a cross-functional team in collaboration with engineering to develop and evolve the fulfillment app user experience, performance and reliability.

• Deeply understand user needs, leveraging insights from research, user feedback, and competitive analysis to identify improvement areas.

• Analyze key metrics, using both qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement.

• Work closely with stakeholders across  product, design, engineering, data, product operations and business to solve complex problems and deliver impactful solutions that scale globally.

• Continuously shape a vision of fulfilment app area and contribute to develop a long-term global strategy

• 5+ years of experience with product management.

• 3+ years building android mobile apps (fulfilment app experience is a plus).

• Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce or food-tech companies.

• Proficient in agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and other product management tools.

• Experience translating complex topics into an easy format for various types of stakeholders.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
