Yes! We offer visa guidance for dependents, support with daycare and school searches, and onboarding tailored to families relocating together.

No, as English is our main working language at Delivery Hero HQ. But if you’re interested in learning, you can use your education budget for German classes to help you integrate. There are some specific roles that require German, which are usually in Tax, Legal and Finance.

You’ll be connected with our Global Mobility and Relocation partners, who will guide you through your immigration process, housing options, and everything else you need to arrive smoothly.

Delivery Hero offers full visa support for full-time permanent employees who require a visa to work in Germany. Delivery Hero does not provide immigration support for fixed-term employees (e.g., interns, working students, short term covers). These individuals are responsible for updating their visa or permit independently, which may also take time.

We partner with vendors to streamline the relocation journey. Through these vendors, you’ll get access to experts in immigration and housing support to guide your move to Berlin.

Our partners will help you understand the process, prepare the right documents (like SCHUFA), and find temporary or permanent accommodation options based on your needs.

Yes, we understand that pets are part of the family, and this can be included in the relocation budget. While formal support varies, our relocation partners can provide support with booking travel and guidance on bringing your pets to Germany, including registration and local resources.

Beyond relocation logistics, we offer support with registration (Anmeldung), opening a bank account, securing health insurance, and access to German classes to help you feel confident navigating your new life. Delivery Hero also encourages inclusivity and integration through our employee resource groups.
