Delivery Hero

The Women at Delivery Hero community meets every month to discuss updates from different impact areas and potential new initiatives. The members also organize deep dives into specific topics as well as regular social events for community building – all to create a workplace where women can thrive.

Who We Are

The Women at Delivery Hero group plays a role in raising awareness about the importance of gender equity and biases among Delivery Hero employees. Everyone is welcome to join the community, as we believe that equality cannot be achieved without everyone's participation

Our Mission

The Women at Delivery Hero community has made it their mission to deliver an amazing experience for women, to start, support, and grow their career within the Delivery Hero Group.

Our Focus

To achieve this mission, the community focuses on a several key impact areas: • Running a mentorship program specifically for women • Designing and conducting inclusive training sessions and events • Positively sharing the workplace culture • Attracting talented women talent • Tracking and monitoring progress in the recruitment, promotion, and retention of women.
