We are looking for a Sales Strategy & Automation Specialist, EU (all genders) to join the Commercial Team  on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.Delivery Hero Europe consists of 6 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions. 

The Sales Strategy and Automation Specialist plays a vital role in the European Commercial organisation. Our team is responsible for bringing consistent growth to our Vendor base and driving business results.  You will work with Local, Regional and Local teams using your data driven decision making ability and business judgement to solve complex Sales related issues. You’ll drive high impact projects and push for adoption across our 7 markets.

Your mission:

• Become the Regional POC for all Data and Business & Competitive Intelligence related initiatives. 

• Own all Lead Generation and Optimization activities to drive vendor acquisition at a country level. 

• Identify internal operational opportunities and help improve or innovate Commercial activities to keep them as effective and efficient as possible.

• Serve as a strategic consultant to the leadership team, and as a thought partner on key strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Perform Ad Hoc Analysis to drive specific country related projects. 

Your heroic skills: 

• Proficient with Excel, SQL and Python 

• Communication - you produce high impact material. Clear, concise and error-free

• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

• Experience in process automation
