Coordinator Sales - Onboarding

We are looking for a Coordinator Onboarding & Incubation to pursue scaling our multifaceted and dynamic restaurant onboarding operations. You will also play a role in ensuring our operation capabilities are continuously evolving to meet the ongoing needs of the business and our dining service by improving restaurant performance of the full estate of our verticals and convenience vendors.
What’s on the menu? (Duties & Responsibilities)
● Restaurant Training including installation of Talabat system at partner locations

● Ensures & improves the restaurant's operation and increase the customer adoption of F&B service offered

● Implement new configurations to support operations

● Proactively liaise with restaurants, investigating and resolving restaurant issues in a timely manner

● Identify causes of operational issues as well as symptoms, diagnosis, and cure

● Collaborative problem-solving with many different stakeholders in the business:, Account management, content management, vendor support, etc.

● Restaurant Performance data analysis & reporting

● Scheduling and carrying out training with new and existing restaurant partners, troubleshooting and tech replacement if needed

● Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required

● Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office

● Strong organizational and time management skills

● Good verbal and written communication skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

● Professional demeanor and positive attitude

● Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed

● Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
