About the opportunity

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with a portfolio of restaurants, addressing high-priority requests and escalations.

  • Business Planning: Lead joint business planning efforts and conduct regular strategy meetings with partners to review performance.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze commercial and operational performance metrics to optimize results and drive revenue growth. Formulate data-driven growth strategies to enhance market presence.

  • Metric Tracking: Forecast and monitor monthly and quarterly account metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams on daily operations, logistics, promotions, and marketing campaigns to ensure seamless execution.

  • Project Coordination: Oversee all project-related matters, managing daily project management challenges and liaising with internal departments to consolidate user requirements.

  • Campaign Management: Manage partnered marketing campaigns and business-as-usual promotions, addressing incoming operational inquiries in coordination with the operations team.


What you need to be successful

Desired Skills and Experience

  • At least 4 years’ experience in an account management or operational sales role, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and draw inference from data with actionable insights
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on partners’ needs
  • Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus
  • Experience in digital marketing solutions selling preferred
  • Knowledge in Chinese Word Processing is mandatory
  • Knowledge in the use of Salesforce preferred
