Data Entry Coordiantor (Freelance)

Scope of Services

• Assist with daily account management and database maintenance task including data checking, data entry, deals update, etc
• Match shop information with external data sources, identify and flag potential duplicate prospects in our database, and maintain an updated database.
• Other ad hoc services as required

• Able to work on every Friday 10am-6 pm; immediate availability is highly preferred 
• Candidates are expected to utilize their personal laptops and devices for related work.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data entry and organization.
• Good command of written Chinese and Chinese processing (Traditional)
• Patience and persistence in handling repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
