At Delivery Hero, we believe that the best work happens when employees feel connected and supported. That’s why our approach to hybrid working is all about flexibility, balance, and making the time you spend at the office worthwhile.

Making Space for Collaboration

Our hybrid working policy is simple: we ask Heroes based in Berlin to be in the office at least two days a week. Those days are about making space for collaboration, creativity, and the coffee chats you can’t replicate over video calls.

To make this easier, each team has its own dedicated ‘neighborhood’ on campus, so employees always know where their colleagues are sitting and have a base.

Remote Work

Flexibility doesn’t end at the office door. That’s why we support flexible schedules to help employees  balance work with everything else that matters- whether that’s family, fitness, or simply recharging. 

On top of that, Heroes can work remotely from selected countries for up to 22 days a year. This remote work policy gives  employees the chance to mix things up with a change of scenery, whilst staying connected.

Berlin Campus

Our Berlin campus is more than just an office, it’s a place with history, heart, and some seriously cool perks. Spread across three iconic buildings, the campus blends historic architecture with modern office design.

Around campus, you’ll find everything you need to feel at home: fully equipped kitchens and lounges, terraces for a coffee break in the sun, quiet parent-and-child spaces, a lactation room, multifaith rooms, nap rooms, and showers (for those who bike in or squeeze in a workout).

Newer additions include a gym, a yoga and meditation room, a game lounge, and even more meeting and collaboration spaces that help thousands of employees make the most out of the hybrid model.
