Heroes Hit The Streets For The Company Run

On May 21st, Berlin was buzzing with energy and excitement as thousands of participants got together for the ‘Berliner Firmenlauf’. The event takes over the streets around Berlin’s iconic Brandenburg Gate and circles around picturesque Tiergarten, bringing together hundreds of different companies for a fun packed evening! 

With around 300 Heroes participating - employees joined in by running, walking or skating the 5km route through Berlin’s city center. The evening was all about team spirit, health and fun.

This year’s run wasn’t just about moving our feet, it was about moving together!

Our Delivery Hero crew brought energy and encouragement to the streets of Berlin. Heroes cheered each other on and proved once again that when you act with care and work as a team,  great things happen!

Wearing our custom-designed running kits, we didn’t just move fast, we Delivered Value Fast! 

Bold, vibrant, and impossible to miss, our gear reminded everyone of our Leadership Principle:

• Focus on What Matters: Like crossing that finish line (or spotting the nearest water station!)
• Move with Pace: From sprinters to skaters, everyone gave it their all.
• Be Comfortable with Change:  Especially when you realize halfway through that maybe you should’ve trained a bit more… or adjust your speed to match the group’s pace!

The Good Vibes Kept Going!

Back at the Delivery Hero’s campus, we gathered to refuel with a colorful spread of healthy bites, fresh juices, and smoothies. It was the perfect way to celebrate each other’s success and cap off an evening full of movement, motivation, and meaningful connection.
