About the opportunity

We are on the lookout for a Vice President, Finance Insights (all genders) to join the CFO organization on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences by providing critical information that supports the financial decision-making, enhances transparency in reporting,  drive digital transformation, and provide strategic oversight of the Group, Central, International Finance and Planning & Modelling functions.

Your mission:

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to the CFO and C-suite, providing actionable insights that connect financial performance—including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flows—to the Company’s broader operational goals.

  • Consolidated Reporting Excellence: Secure the consolidation of management reporting for the Group’s entities, ensuring strict compliance with IFRS, Management Reporting guidelines, and timely delivery of Monthly Performance Reviews to the Management and Supervisory Boards.

  • Global Planning Orchestration: Direct the end-to-end strategy for annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and the 5-year strategic business plan across the Central organization and International markets.

  • Digital Transformation & AI Leadership: Define the "Finance Function of the Future" by driving the adoption of new tools and automation, exploring opportunities to leverage AI, and acting as the business owner for global consolidation and planning systems like OneStream and Anaplan.

  • Investor Relations & Storytelling: Support external communication by synthesizing financial results with commercial and operational highlights for analysts, investors, and the public market.

  • International Portfolio Optimization & Steering: Guide the International Finance teams through value-based analytics, investment proposals, and long-term financial modeling to ensure profitable growth and FCF generation across the global brands.

  • M&A and Strategic Initiatives: Oversee all ad hoc financial analysis to support regional and global teams, specifically leading the financial evaluation and execution of M&A transactions and capital allocation.

  • Standardization & Compliance: Promote global best practices and process excellence, ensuring adherence to financial standards and IFRS recognition across all entities, from HQ to local business teams.

  • Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing organization of 30+ finance professionals (across Central, Group, and International teams), empowering them to deliver high-quality analysis and meet tight deadlines.

Your heroic skills:

  • Experience: 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or e-commerce environment, with a proven track record of managing large, complex finance teams. 

  • Education: Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 

  • Strategic Mastery: Demonstrated excellence in financial modeling, portfolio optimization, and capital allocation strategies. 

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with C-level executives and external stakeholders. 

  • Adaptability: Proven aptitude to lead through ambiguity and motivate teams within a fast-paced, rapidly changing global landscape. 

  • Language: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required.

Nice to have:

  • MBA or professional designations such as CPA, CA, or ACCA. 

  • Previous experience in technology-driven environments. 

  • Expertise in OneStream, Anaplan, or similar enterprise-level consolidation and planning
