Job description


About the opportunity

  • You will oversee and align processes, programs and key-initiatives with various stakeholders to create and deliver best-in-class experience 
  • You are responsible for project management of key Talent Acquisition projects and ensure our projects are delivered to a high standard in an efficient and timely manner 
  • You will support the coordination, communication and negotiation with stakeholders and application owners 
  • You will support the growth of the team by overseeing our training initiatives as well as designing and holding trainings 
  • You will create presentations and report on data You will become the subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition for our referral program, compliance and our candidate experience survey 
  • You cascade best practices and navigate change to our Central Team and Global Brands as we build our Centralized Centre-Of-Excellence

What you need to be successful

  • You gained 2-5 years experience in the field of People Operations and/or Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on Operations 
  • You are well-structured in your thinking and have a keen eye for detail in the execution of tasks You have proven track of managing projects, stakeholders and vendors 
  • You are able to work independently, organized and are a fast learner with a proactive working style 
  • Your presentation skills are advanced, and you show strong interest in trainings 
  • You are a curious and passionate individual that shows a strong interest in Tools, Data & Compliance, Processes and Talent Acquisition
