You will oversee and align processes, programs and key-initiatives with various stakeholders to create and deliver best-in-class experience
You are responsible for project management of key Talent Acquisition projects and ensure our projects are delivered to a high standard in an efficient and timely manner
You will support the coordination, communication and negotiation with stakeholders and application owners
You will support the growth of the team by overseeing our training initiatives as well as designing and holding trainings
You will create presentations and report on data You will become the subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition for our referral program, compliance and our candidate experience survey
You cascade best practices and navigate change to our Central Team and Global Brands as we build our Centralized Centre-Of-Excellence
What you need to be successful
You gained 2-5 years experience in the field of People Operations and/or Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on Operations
You are well-structured in your thinking and have a keen eye for detail in the execution of tasks You have proven track of managing projects, stakeholders and vendors
You are able to work independently, organized and are a fast learner with a proactive working style
Your presentation skills are advanced, and you show strong interest in trainings
You are a curious and passionate individual that shows a strong interest in Tools, Data & Compliance, Processes and Talent Acquisition
