About the opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Menu Performance to join our Vendor Team and revolutionize how we manage content at scale. Your mission is to make menu quality management effortlessly easy for both vendors and agents, ensuring that our 1 million+ restaurants worldwide provide the best possible experience to customers.

As part of our Vendor Team, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of thousands of restaurants, shops, and local businesses. Your contributions will empower vendors with advanced tools to manage their operations, boosting their visibility and reach. Every feature you help build will create growth opportunities for businesses of all sizes, strengthening Delivery Hero’s ecosystem and impact.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind reducing operational costs for Delivery Hero by replacing manual workflows with intelligent automation. You will lead all initiatives to optimize and automate quality control, leveraging cutting-edge LLM and AI-based guardrails to ensure data integrity. Furthermore, you will lead the development of our global menu backoffice application, designing agent-facing UIs that facilitate a seamless human-in-the-loop process. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and define the vision for menu quality control, balancing automation with high-quality content standards

  • Lead the development of LLM and AI-based menu quality validation for all menu content (descriptions, images, metadata) for  1 million restaurants globally.

  • Design and optimize agent-facing UIs and global backoffice applications to improve the efficiency of manual interventions.

  • Drive operational impact by identifying and reducing manual workflow bottlenecks to lower overall operational costs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Strategy, and Regional Product teams, to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Define and measure KPIs related to menu accuracy, agent productivity, and automation success rates. 


What you need to be successful

  • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience as a product manager working on data-driven products with commercial impact.

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work across multiple global teams, driving alignment and collaboration toward shared objectives in complex, multicultural environments.

  • Analytical Rigor: Highly analytical with the ability to explain all product initiatives through data; a background in data science or analytics is a big plus.

  • UX Expertise: A keen eye for User Experience, specifically in designing complex backoffice applications or internal tools where efficiency and clarity are paramount

  • Problem Solving: A strong sense of ownership in unstructured scenarios, excelling at transforming complexity into clear, actionable plans.

  • Technical Curiosity: Passion for working on and continuously optimizing backend systems and AI-driven automation.
