Team Lead Vendor Experience

• Align with relevant cluster on the OKRs and the set target per cluster

• Train cluster AMs on the new features and projects

• Provide weekly hit list of top offending vendors in different KPIs to the cluster AMs and Leader

• Have a daily standup meeting with each cluster to follow up on a branch-level performance

• Own the new regional projects that related to vendors' performance enhancement ex (Beehive 2.0) in their cluster

• Prepare and share weekly and monthly reporting with the local and regional management

• Customize the improvement approach to the cluster according to its special nature and Customer/Vendor behaviors.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar industry.

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

• Good communication Skills

• Good language skills and ability to communicate in English effectively.

• Basic knowledge of MS office.

• Account management knowledge or experience is a plus
