About the opportunity

Role Summary 


As a Senior Marketing Specialist for talabat UAE, you'll lead the execution of marketing campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, you'll create compelling content, manage creative assets, and optimize campaign performance.


Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote and increase ToM, orders, and acquisitions. You will leverage your strong design skills to create engaging content for various channels, including (but not limited to) digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and print materials. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the design team and agencies to ensure that all content pieces are visually appealing and aligned with our brand guidelines.


As a senior marketing team member, you will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to junior team members. You will be a brand ambassador, ensuring that all marketing communications reflect our brand values and resonate with our target audience.


The ideal candidate for this role will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications roles. Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is highly desirable, and proficiency in copywriting and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.



What’s on your plate? 

  • Handling, planning & liaising with internal and external teams to activate campaigns; 

  • Manage the day to day operations of content production

  • Managing deliverables of content across channels.

  • Working with manager to plan campaigns, which are aligned with the annual calendar;

  • Constantly track trends, flag new ones, and come up with relevant marketing campaign ideas;

  • Constantly tracking and reporting costs, marketing spend and budgets. 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including OOH, digital, social media, print, and events.

  • Conduct in-depth market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new opportunities for campaign initiation, optimization and customer targeting.

  • Utilize advanced analytics to measure campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

  • Overcome challenges and develop creative solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness, reach target audiences, and drive desired outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including growth marketing, creative, CRM, content, and digital marketing, to ensure seamless execution and consistency across all channels.

  • Plan and manage the campaign budget, ensuring effective allocation and optimization of resources.

  • Monitor and analyze key campaign metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and agencies to drive successful collaboration and campaign delivery.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging marketing trends, and innovative technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

  • Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth.


What you need to be successful

What did we order? 


  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, and campaign management preferably in an e-commerce, F&b aggregator, or tech company.

  • Expertise in understanding the marketing mix and campaign management.

  • Strong project management and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A creative person with eye to details

  • Comfortable working in a challenging environment. 

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
