Sr. Specialist Maintenance Engineer

 Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.
- Conduct detailed analysis and calculations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
- Oversee the testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of electrical systems to ensure performance and reliability.
- Review and approve technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve processes and systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- ⁠ experience in electrical engineering (minimum 5 years), with a focus on [retail stores construction & maintenance].
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively lead projects and teams.
- Experience working in [Automotion/IOT solutions] is a plus.
- ⁠proficiency in English is required.
