Responsible for translating needs and performance requirements into behaviorally-based learning products, with a view to designing and developing the content and materials that will enable learners, trainers and other stakeholders to achieve those outcomes for online, face-to-face, and micro credential courses.
Partner with different stakeholders to scope needs, training and language differences for target operating units and audiences.
Design and Develop – using instructional design models (ISD-ADDIE, SAM, Agile) to develop blended learning curriculum.
Conduct training discovery sessions with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts including necessary front-end analysis to clearly define program and training outcomes, solutions, and success measures.
Design and develop – instructor guides, participant materials, assessments, eLearning.
Manage and maintain training content in the Learning Management System and other online repositories.
Present/train the content to trainers in train-the-trainer sessions.
Dealing with Internal stakeholders: Operations- Capacity 100% - No External stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or any related field.
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or learning content development, preferably in a corporate or SSC environment.
- Proven experience designing learning materials for both online and in-person delivery.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, ADDIE, and modern instructional design methodologies.
- Experience using e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or similar).
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and multimedia design tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
