Associate Logistics Trainer

Role Scope
• Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
• Design and execute the riders' onboarding training programs/materials.
• Conduct workshops, and training sessions for the new and current riders
• Support and mentor new riders to enhance their behavior, quality, and Knowledge
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement during the training by measuring the KPIs rate, accepted no. of order to monitor the rate of accepted orders and Compliance rate of riders in each area
• Responsible for onboarding NPS
• Maintain necessary documentation/case files and records “registration and documents validation “and provide periodic progress reports as necessary.

Skills & Qualifications needed:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Very good command of English.
• Very good presentation skills.
• Solid experience in creating material from scratch.
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel),
• Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication
