About the opportunity

  •  
  • Responsibilities:

    • Conduct quality control calls to assess the performance of Leads.
    • Collaborate with the freelance team to address any identified gaps in skills or knowledge.
    • Develop and implement a systematic approach to assess the quality of leads. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to establish criteria for evaluating lead quality.
    • Effectively assign leads to the sales team based on predetermined criteria. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to bring in new leads from the market.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns aimed at lead acquisition.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform.
    • Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze sales data, providing insights for process improvement.
    • Ensure accurate and timely data entry, managing user access, and creating custom reports as needed.
    • Act as a liaison between the sales and other cross-functional teams to address any operational challenges.
    • Take ownership of special projects aimed at enhancing sales processes, efficiency, and lead generation.
    • Collaborate with team members to implement new tools or technologies that can improve overall sales operations.

     


    What you need to be successful

    • Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in business, or any related field.
      • At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales, or a related role.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands.
      • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
      • Experience working in the technology, e-commerce, or food industry is a plus.
