Role Summary
Responsible for ensuring that operations are performing according to key logistics KPIs and operations excellence

What’s On Your Plate?
● Design & analyze operational reports
● Make recommendations based on findings and analysis to improve operations and transparency
● Develop, assess and revise our policies, procedures and plans based on analysis and feedback from stakeholders
● Utilise knowledge and research methods to benchmark logistics activities and to drive best practice results
● Monitor fleet partners’ growth trends
● Support compliance projects to ensure fleet partner & rider compliance
● Review logistics systems logs & dashboards

● You are a self-starter and take a high degree of ownership
● Advanced Abilities in Microsoft Excel & Google products.
● Experience in consumer tech, esp. e-commerce / food-tech is a big plus
● Creativity, innovation and attention to detail.
● You have 1-2 years of work experience in the field of logistics functions.
● You act independently and are results-oriented.
● You can present your thoughts in a structured, synthetic, and graphical manner.
● You speak English fluently.
