About the opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Senior UX Content Writer - (Logistics, Rider) Fixed Term, Maternity Cover to provide maternity leave coverage (August 2026 - November 2027) for our Rider Product Design Team - the team responsible for shaping the mobile app experience (iOS and Android) for riders all over the world, who use it to deliver to over 20M customers in 50 countries.
In this role, you will maintain and execute existing content systems to ensure a consistent rider experience across our global platforms.
In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

Execute & Maintain Content: Carry out content-related tasks while following the set toolkits, guidelines, and frameworks; Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all rider touchpoints, adhering to existing style guides; and Review and approve content updates within already established parameters.
Provide Regular Operational Support: Host weekly Content Design Office Hours to provide immediate, hands-on support for designers and product managers; Handle day-to-day copy requests from 11 product squads; Leverage existing Figma plugins and content automation tools to streamline workflows; and support ongoing projects using documented processes and templates.
Assure Content Quality: Conduct content reviews using established heuristics and quality checklists; Ensure content follows existing design system components and patterns; and Uphold content quality and consistency across all active projects.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering on in-flight projects; Support existing cross-functional workflows and processes; and Participate in established design reviews and critique sessions.
What you need to be successful
3-5 years experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, or similar role.
Figma proficiency and experience working with design systems and component libraries.
Ability to work effectively with existing frameworks and maintain consistency within established guidelines, rather than creating new ones.
Strong collaboration skills working independently and alongside product teams.
Excellent English writing and editing skills (other languages are a plus).
Strong understanding of mobile app content principles.
