About the opportunity

  • Identify, target, and acquire large-scale corporate clients, with a focus on high-potential industries such as tech, manufacturing, and finance.

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales process, including prospecting, needs discovery, customized proposal development, pitching, and deal closing.

  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers (HR, admin, procurement, ESG teams), understanding their business goals and positioning foodpanda’s corporate solutions accordingly.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and departments to ensure seamless onboarding, launch execution, and service quality for enterprise clients.

  • Track sales progress using CRM, manage pipeline stages, and regularly report opportunity status and forecast to management.

  • Drive GMV growth through new enterprise acquisition and expansion within existing clients.

  • Stay updated on corporate welfare trends, ESG policies, and digital transformation opportunities to offer consultative advice to clients.


What you need to be successful

  • 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or B2B business development.

  • Proven track record of closing mid- to large-scale corporate deals

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior HR, admin, and executive-level stakeholders.

  • Structured, strategic thinker with solid proposal writing and negotiation skills

  • Self-driven and target-oriented, capable of working with long sales cycles

  • Fluent in Mandarin; able to handle internal communication or deck reviews in English

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
