We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer - React (all genders) to join our Vendor Growth  team. 

About Vendor Growth

We build restaurant and local shop management solutions for the global food delivery market and give our vendors a competitive edge in their local markets.

Vendor growth tribe is implementing product solutions for running menu management, discounts, order fulfillment, and digitization of vendors' everyday business through self-service operations and providing thorough analytical insights into a vendor's business. We provide web and mobile-based apps powered by rich data pipelines for entire markets and customer segments. Automate tailor-made business improvement recommendations to our vendors & brands, guide them with valuable data analysis & insights and drive & focus the daily work of our partners in the regions toward the best commercial outcomes.

We are a motivated team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers who work on an agile, self-organizing team set up with a strong emphasis on collaborative ownership and focus on moving fast and forward.

Your Mission:

• Together with an international team of product managers, designers, testers, analysts and other software engineers, you will plan, build and innovate our self onboarding initiatives.

• Implement new features and improve the user experience of existing solutions.

• You build reliable, scalable systems with high concurrency and are always eager to learn new languages and technologies.

• Your decisions will make an impact since your ideas & efforts do matter.

• You are keen on building global systems used by thousands of people and on a constant drive for excellence.

Your heroic skills:

• 5+ years of professional web application development knowledge

• Experience using Miro or similar tools to evaluate and translate designs to code

• Working experience with JavaScript (ES6+), Typescript, and React

• Experience with Git version control, CI/CD

• Experience writing tests on a daily basis and experience with different testing approaches.

• Rigor in high code quality, automated testing, in addition to other engineering best practices.

• Ability to make independent decisions and take ownership for them beyond deployment.

• Ability to participate in identifying new features and estimating them.

• You love to learn and constantly improve your own skills and are not afraid to jump into new things

•  You know how to talk with product owners, designers and backend engineers, bringing together different opinions and goals

• You are a pragmatic programmer who understands what is needed to get things done in a collaborative manner.

• Fluent in English.

Nice to have: 

• Knowledge about testing frameworks such as jest and react testing library

• Knowledge on using MaterialUI

• Understanding of micro-frontend architectural patterns, troubleshooting methods, and best practices

• Knowledge of mobile web apps
