Your Mission:

  • You will be leading 2 cross functional teams, focused on acquisition and quality check journeys. Your goal is to design and implement the best experience to onboard new vendors, supporting Sales Teams and Agents to reach the best productivity targets and to automate their processes with innovative solutions!

  • Vision & Roadmap: Articulate, groom, and communicate the vision and roadmap for the sales cloud and other solutions you will be leading as part of Sales Representatives and Vendors reality.

  • Sales Representative Focus: Ensure the platform effectively meets the needs of sales representatives, enhancing their acquisition and onboarding processes.

  • User-Centric Development: Work closely with sales teams to understand their workflow, pain points, and requirements, ensuring the platform is user-friendly and efficient.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with design, tech, and business teams to define and specify features for product development that streamline sales rep activities.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage expectations of stakeholders across 40+ markets, maintaining transparency on progress and priorities.

  • Performance Tracking: Track, evaluate, and act on OKRs for continuous product optimization, particularly in terms of sales rep productivity and satisfaction.


What you need to be successful

  • Product Management Expertise: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in complex and dynamic environments within large companies.

  • CRM Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of CRM systems with a strong grasp of sales cloud capabilities.

  • Sales Experience: Familiarity with sales processes and tools, with the ability to translate sales rep needs into platform features.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical and data-driven with a track record of managing and improving product definitions and OKR metrics.

  • Impact-Oriented: Skilled in analyzing, reporting, and formulating insights from quantitative and qualitative data to drive impact.

  • Team Enablement: Proficient in requirements engineering, backlog maintenance, prioritization, and planned delivery to ensure continuous team productivity.

  • Accountability: A strong sense of accountability, honoring commitments, and transparently admitting and learning from failures
