Senior Product Manager - Sales Efficiency (f/m/d)

About the opportunity:

We are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager - Sales Efficiency (f/m/d) to join our Vendor Sales & Operations team and help us build products to drive vendor acquisition and efficiency within our sales teams. You will work closely with a team of data scientists, engineers and data analysts. You will own the roadmap for high impact data products that would help us generate competitive intelligence and help drive efficiency in the process of acquiring new vendors.

Your mission:

• Your scope will range from planning and executing a long-term product strategy to defining short-term priorities for your team on a day-to-day basis. 

• You work with data scientists, engineers to build ML models and tailor them as commercially suitable data products that have a high impact on our business

• You work to increase the quality of ML models and advocate for product adoption by Sales teams globally

• This role comes with a high level of ownership and autonomy to improve existing business processes, identify new optimization opportunities and drive adoption across teams. 

• Manage expectations of stakeholders from 70 countries and be transparent on progress and priorities.

What you need to be successful:

• 5+ years of total product management experience 

• Experience with machine learning products, (near) real-time data analytics products, or similar is a must.

• Solid understanding of the workflows and development practices of data science and machine learning engineering teams with a high-level understanding of relevant technologies and common tradeoffs

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align people from different backgrounds towards a common goal

• Ability to deal with the inherent ambiguity of data to prioritize initiatives in a way that maximizes value

• Ability to manage several work streams and projects simultaneously

• Exceptional interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills.
