We are on the lookout for a passionate Senior Technical Product Manager (all genders) to join the Vendor Growth product line on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. As a Senior Technical Product Manager (Vendor Platform), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our vendor-facing web and mobile platforms. You will work with 20+ product squads, setting the strategic direction for platform performance, observability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Vision and Strategy:

  • Define and articulate the long-term vision for our vendor-facing platforms, aligning with the overall business objectives.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive platform roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic impact and technical feasibility.

Performance and Observability:

  • Establish rigorous performance and observability standards and targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement robust monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Analyze platform performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
  • Drive initiatives to improve platform speed, reliability, and scalability.

User Experience:

  • Own the end-to-end user experience for our vendor partners.
  • Identify and address inconsistencies and pain points across different platforms and devices.
  • Collaborate with design and UX teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform product decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Foster strong relationships with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Resolve conflicts and align teams on shared goals.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Leverage data analytics to measure platform performance and user behavior.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features.

Technical Leadership:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to architect scalable and resilient platform solutions.

What you need to be successful

  • Proven experience as a Senior Technical Product Manager or similar role.

  • Deep understanding of web and mobile technologies, including frontend and backend development.

  • Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Experience with performance optimization techniques, monitoring tools, and analytics platforms.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working with remote teams and distributed organizations.
