Senior Analyst, Performance Management & Strategy (all genders)

We are on the lookout for a Senior Analyst, Performance Management & Strategy  (all genders) to join the International Markets (COO’s Office)  team in Berlin on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. You will be joining the team that helps generate valuable insights on operational and financial performance across Delivery Hero’s 70+ markets

In this role you will, 

• Work within a high performing team focused on providing the company’s Senior Management with key insights guiding Delivery Hero's strategy

• Monitor and challenge the business performance, both operational and financial, and highlight ways to improve it with supporting analysis

• Present your insights and recommendations to key decision makers, including Delivery Hero C-level Management, Regional Directors, and local Management and/ or function teams such as Marketing, Sales, Q-commerce, Logistics and Product.

• Help set targets for Local Management teams in Delivery Hero’s 70+ markets

• Work closely with BI and Data teams to build products to build products, frameworks and analyses.

• You have 3+ years of work experience (not counting internships) in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory services or business development

• You are highly motivated, willing to take ownership of tasks and determined to see projects through to completion

• You are able to create structured solutions while working independently in a fast-paced professional environment

• You have a high degree of comfort with financial statements & business analytics, and are adept at taking decisions based on both intuition and data

• You enjoy solving complex data problems in Excel / Google sheets and have high attention to detail. Knowledge of tools such as SQL, Tableau and/or Looker is a strong plus

• You are a hands-on team player with advanced communication skills, verbal and written
