Head of Performance and Special Projects, Europe

Quick Commerce is a fast-growing business unit within foodora and Yemeksepeti, which are part of Delivery Hero, a global leader in online food ordering and delivery services. Quick Commerce consists of two main business segments - Dmarts (own-inventory model) and Shops (marketplace model), which are focused on delivering ultra-fast and convenient on-demand delivery solutions to customers in the EU region.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Performance & Special Projects, Q-commerce to join our regional team in Europe. In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Sr. Director of Quick Commerce and will be responsible for leading the performance and special projects initiatives across the Dmart and Shops businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the business strategy for Dmarts and Shops in Europe, with a focus on driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and enhancing customer experience
• Accountable for annual budgeting and working with country teams in meeting profitability/ financial targets across portfolio markets
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with other teams within foodora, Yemeksepeti and Delivery Hero to ensure alignment and maximise synergies across the organisation
• Incubate & Lead special projects across the Dmart and Shops businesses, which may include new market launches, process improvements, and technology implementations
• Collect Product / features needs and define the prioritisation with Delivery hero Product teams
• Build and lead a high-performing team of performance managers, BI Analysts and project managers
• Provide regular updates to Europe senior leadership on the performance of the business, key initiatives, and progress towards strategic goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in a performance management or operations role within the e-commerce or technology industries, with a proven track record of driving results
• Strong analytical skills & Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
