(Senior) Manager, Performance Management & Strategy (all genders)

We are on the lookout for a (Senior) Manager, Performance Management & Strategy (all genders) to join the International Markets team in Berlin on our journey to always delivering amazing experiences.

We:

• Drive Delivery Hero strategy and cascade it to our 70+ markets while ensuring local insights and priorities are taken onboard into global strategy and plans

• Support global and regional P&L and portfolio management and ensure alignment between strategy and P&L

• Own value creation and performance improvement initiatives that cut across all functions of our business

• Are the key PoC between the HQ and our regional/local leadership teams, acting as advisors and providing hands on support when needed

• Have owner mentality, bias for action and high bar for performance

In this role  

• You will work within a high-performing team focused on providing the company’s most senior management with the insights they need to define our strategy

• You will directly manage a team of analysts who provide performance management reporting and insights

• You will drive performance management by working closely with Regional Directors for each of the company’s 4 segments, as well as a wider set of functions including Q-Commerce, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product and Logistics

• You will monitor and challenge the business’s performance, both operational and financial, and highlight ways to improve it with supporting analysis

• You will present your insights and recommendations to key decision makers, including Performance Management and International Markets leadership and c-level management

• You will help set targets for local management teams in Delivery Hero’s 70+ markets

• You will support senior management with ad hoc reports and other critical topics

• You have at least 5 years (not counting internships) of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance/transaction advisory or a business development function

• You are internally motivated, energetic and independent in handling complex problems

• You have a high degree of comfort working with numbers, modeling out complex business and financial scenarios, and using intuition as well as data to make decisions

• You are comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint and G-suite

• You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
