Sales Strategy Development Lead - Hybrid

• Comprehend and analyze the dynamics of on-demand food delivery.
• Collaborate with global data science and analytics teams to optimize restaurant selection, enhance restaurant discoverability, and ensure quality.
• Aim for process excellence by leveraging technology to empower Acquisition ve Incubation Teams. 
• Responsible for designing an effective process mechanism for the Acquisition and Incubation teams to achieve the goals set by OKRs.
• Facilitating the parallel progress of the Acquisition and Incubation teams in line with the company strategy, supported by data.
• Ensuring that the Acquisition and Incubation teams reach accurate data through the most optimal method.
• Ensuring the suitable automation of manually progressing processes within the team.

• Graduated from Engineering Faculty
• Over 5 years of professional experience in business intelligence/insights, business development, or equivalent consulting roles.
• Proficiency in Excel/GSheets for data analysis.
• Proficiency in Tableau/ Looker Studio & Salesforce products. 
• Eager to learn SQL
• Proven experience in team management, providing clear direction aligned with strategic objectives.
• Possesses a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a keen commercial acumen with a willingness to continually learn
• Demonstrated ability to swiftly grasp diverse metrics and products, understanding their interactions.
• Capability to work autonomously, displaying a strong sense of ownership and a proactive "get-it-done" attitude.
• Proficient in effective prioritization, maintaining a balance between quality and speed within time-sensitive scenarios.
• Enthusiasm for identifying inefficiencies and enhancing processes in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills with a comprehensive end-to-end process perspective.
• Previous experience collaborating directly with product/engineering teams to implement scalable process solutions.
