Product Manager (Vendor Monitor)

We are on the lookout for a passionate Product Manager, Vendor Monitor to join the Vendor Growth product line on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As part of our Vendor Team, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of thousands of restaurants, shops, and local businesses. Your contributions will empower vendors with advanced tools to manage their operations, boosting their visibility and reach. You will be responsible for the product optimising vendor performance and growth, and ensuring operational excellence during order fulfillment. • Vision and Roadmap: Define and articulate the long-term vision for our vendor monitor product, aligning with the overall business objectives, developing and executing a comprehensive roadmap, and prioritizing initiatives based on strategic impact and technical feasibility.

• User Experience: Own the end-to-end user experience for our vendor partners and Identify and address inconsistencies and pain points across different platforms and devices, collaborating with design and UX teams

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with product designers, software developers, product analytics, and business teams to define and specify features for product development that improve our vendor's operational metrics, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to measure performance and user behavior and use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features

• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage expectations of stakeholders across 40+ markets, gathering feedback on local needs, while maintaining transparency on progress and priorities.

• User Research: Conduct user research by speaking directly with restaurant owners and staff to understand their pain points and user needs

• Product Management Expertise: 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in complex and dynamic environments within large companies.

• Comfort with Backend and Frontend: Comfort in working on products involving both large data pipeline services and user-facing features

• Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical and data-driven with a track record of managing and improving product definitions and OKR metrics.

• Impact-Oriented: Skilled in analyzing, reporting, and formulating insights from quantitative and qualitative research to drive impact.

• Team Enablement: Proficient in requirements engineering, backlog maintenance, prioritization, and planned delivery to ensure continuous team productivity.

• Accountability: A strong sense of accountability, honoring commitments, and transparently admitting and learning from failures
