Pricing Support - instashop

As a Pricing Support, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and updated pricing sheets across InstaShop’s extensive network. Working closely with vendors and shops, you will ensure consistency in pricing information and support the execution of discount campaigns. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

• Communicating with shops and vendors to collect, verify, and update pricing information across the InstaShop network.
• Identifying and addressing any pricing discrepancies or inconsistencies, ensuring data accuracy.
• Assisting the Pricing Specialist in planning and executing discount campaigns.
• Maintaining and organizing pricing data efficiently for easy access and reference.
• Ensuring that all price updates are accurately reflected on the platform in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with internal teams to streamline pricing-related processes.

• Adequate command of Excel for managing pricing data
• Strong ability to manage and organize pricing information across multiple sources and vendors
• Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills in English to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in group settings
• A strategic mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
