At foodora, our Key Account Managers help build and grow relationships with our most influential restaurant partners. Your mission
Own and manage relationships with foodora’s largest restaurant chains, ensuring long-term growth and profitability.
Lead complex and high-stakes negotiations, from preparation to successful closure, always acting in the best interest of both foodora and the partner.
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers at senior levels within partner organizations.
Proactively identify and execute on new business opportunities and areas for growth within existing accounts.
Co-create long-term, profitable campaigns with your partners to drive order volume and customer engagement.
Monitor and analyze customer performance, taking data-driven action to optimize results.
Participate in strategic planning, contributing insights and feedback from the field to help shape foodora’s broader commercial strategy.
Act as the internal advocate for your key accounts, collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Vendor Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution and partner satisfaction.

To thrive in this role we believe that you are result oriented and keep your eyes on the prize, we love to measure both success and find opportunities for improvement, which we hope that you also do! If you have strong analytical skills and a can do-attitude you will come far in this role! Since you will be in contact with our biggest restaurant partners, your skills as a relationship builder will be crucial to achieve your results.

Start date: Upon agreement
A minimum of 5 years experience within Sales, Key Account Management or Business Development.
You communicate fluently verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
Previous experience from tech or FMCG companies is considered a big plus.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
If you have a driver's license it’s considered a plus.
