The Commercial Operations Specialist supports daily commercial operations through accurate execution, campaign administration, and data analysis. The role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working with large datasets, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

As a Commercial Operations Specialist, your areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate and administrate commercial initiatives, campaigns, and promotions between stores and internal teams
Execute price changes across multiple products, ensuring accuracy and margin control
Manage invoicing documentation and maintain accurate records
Prepare reports, presentation materials, and campaign follow-ups for external stakeholders.
Communicate with external partners and support site and category management operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or related field
2–4 years of experience in commercial operations, retail operations, category management, sales support, or pricing
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (stores, marketing, finance, supply chain)
Understanding of pricing structures, margin calculations, and financial basics
Experience managing invoicing documentation and reconciliation processes
Exposure to campaign execution, promotional planning, or trade marketing activities & familiarity with retail/store operations and category management processes
Ability to manage multiple SKUs and execute bulk updates with high accuracy
Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret sales and campaign performance data
Fluency in Swedish and English
