About the opportunity

Context: You will join a unique, fully integrated Growth team where Performance Marketing, Media, Data Science, Product, and Engineering resources sit together. You will leverage this cross-functional power to solve large-scale problems for a multi-vertical marketplace across 22 countries.

  • Lead Strategic Investment & Allocation: Own the comprehensive budget allocation strategy across our footprint. You will move beyond simple forecasting to determine where the next dollar is best spent to drive growth, balancing aggressive acquisition targets with ROI constraints across diverse geographies.

  • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Growth Programs: Act as the central program manager for complex, high-priority initiatives. You will mobilize resources from Data Science, Product, and Engineering to solve "first-time" macro business problems that no single department can solve alone.

  • Drive Executive Decision-Making: Synthesize complex data into clear strategic narratives. You will lead business reviews and create the "source of truth" regarding growth performance, advising C-level and VP leadership on risks, opportunities, and course corrections.

  • Bridge the HQ vs. Local Divide: Serve as the primary strategic partner for Country Managers and local Marketing Leads. You will translate HQ’s global strategy into local execution, while ensuring local market nuances (competitive landscape, maturity) are fed back into the central roadmap.

  • Operationalize Excellence: Transform ad-hoc wins into scalable playbooks. You will identify bottlenecks in our growth engine and implement rigorous process management to ensure our 22 markets operate with speed and consistency.

  • Champion "Speed-to-Insight": Partner with our embedded Analytics and Tech teams to automate steering frameworks. You will move us away from manual reporting toward predictive modeling and automated decision engines.


What you need to be successful

  • Strategic & Consulting Background: 3–5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, or a high-impact Operations role. An MBA from a top-tier business school (e.g., ESADE, IESE, INSEAD) is highly valued.

  • Analytical Business Acumen: You don't just pull data; you possess the business intuition to know what to ask. You are comfortable modeling complex business scenarios in Excel/Sheets and interpreting BI visualizations to drive P&L decisions.

  • A "Solver" Mindset: You excel at tackling ambiguous, XL-sized problems. You are a "do-er" who enjoys getting your hands dirty to fix broken processes rather than just advising on them.

  • High EQ & Stakeholder Management: You have a consultative approach with the ability to influence without authority. You can navigate a matrixed organization, connecting the dots between technical teams (Product/Data) and commercial teams (Local Markets).

  • Growth Mechanics Knowledge: While you don't need to be a media buyer, you understand the levers of growth in a marketplace (CAC, LTV, Retention, Incrementality) and how they impact the bottom line.

  • Communication Mastery: Fluency in English is mandatory. You are an articulate communicator who can simplify complex technical realities for non-technical business stakeholders.
