Job description
Our Marketing team is on the lookout for a passionate Marketing Manager who will take over data-informed marketing strategies for our restaurants & coffee shops. In this cross-functional role, you will have the chance to cooperate with different teams within efood, lead marketing projects and ensure they run smoothly. To thrive in this position you will need strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the marketing ecosystem and channels.
What you ‘ll do:
Monitor business and marketing KPIs and propose data-informed marketing strategies
Handle ToM budget and propose allocation based on marketing priorities
Track all key metrics of restaurant marketing, monitor performance of campaigns and create in-depth reports to evaluate success
Be responsible for national campaigns excellence and handle project planning, marketing budget and cross-departmental alignments
Propose and implement methodologies that facilitate cross-departmental collaboration for Restaurant Marketing
Evaluate marketing campaigns based on business KPIs and provide valuable insights that can translate into actions
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging marketing trends, and technological advancements to drive innovation in marketing strategies
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in Marketing. Previous working experience in the tech industry would be considered a plus.
Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience with marketing strategies and available channels
Experience with best practices in marketing
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Cross-departmental experience and project management skills
Experience with campaign analysis and development of reports that provide actionable insights
Analytical thinking and attention to detail are considered a must
Data-driven decision making and creativity
Excellent Office Excel skills
Team spirit, adaptability and conflict resolution skills
