Job description

We are seeking an experienced inside sales Acquisition Manager who will help in setting and executing the best strategy to acquire restaurants on talabat. As a Manager, you will be focused on acquiring the brands in your market while simultaneously coaching your team on the best practices in pipeline management, negotiation, and objection handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop your team to be the best in performance and results.
- Lead the execution of the inside sales strategy in your market.
- Help your team close complex deals and ensure you are present in tough negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful onboarding of new partners.
- Stay informed about industry developments and provide strategic insights to the leadership team.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Lead and inspire a team of telesales acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of acquiring new restaurant partners, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and support for new restaurant partners.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of acquisition efforts.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, highlighting achievements and proposing strategic adjustments.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for expansion.
- Provide strategic insights to the leadership team based on market intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the acquisition pipeline.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- B2 English level.
- 5+ years of experience in sales.
- Proven experience in a managerial sales role with a successful track record of building and leading high-performance teams.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to convey the value of talabat to potential partners.
- Excellent market analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
