Manager, Business Development & Strategic Projects - Global Vendor

We are on the look out for a Manager, Business Development and Strategic Projects to join the Global Vendor Vertical. You will be working on the most important projects in the Global Vendor Vertical. The Global Vendor Vertical develops products and services for more than 1 million restaurants across 70+ markets that we operate in.

Your role will require you to excel at analytical thinking as well as building strong relationships with a diverse range of cross-functional stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to apply your business acumen in a leading tech company that grows extremely fast and has immense potential. 
 

• Manage cross-functional strategic projects to grow our business and improve the performance of our products and services, across a diverse range of topics 

• Stay on top of industry trends and the competitive landscape across relevant products and services, and assess them to derive meaningful opportunities for our business 

• Contribute to the development of new strategies based on the identified opportunities 

• Work on new growth and performance improvement initiatives that strengthen our customer and restaurant relationships

• Develop discussion materials on strategic topics to facilitate decision-making through data-driven analyses

• Interact pro-actively with senior stakeholders within Delivery Hero as well as our brands and provide regular updates on the progress of your projects

•  3-5 years of professional experience in strategy / business development in a fast paced environment, preferably in management consulting, or in a start up / scale up. 

• Basic basic knowledge of product management and development 

• Excel at logical reasoning and have strong analytical skills

• Naturally curious and eager to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details

• Find creative solutions to tough problems by thinking outside the box 

• Comfortable with structuring information from different realms of our business

•  An entrepreneur at heart, prioritising relentlessly to deliver value fast rather than aiming for perfection

•  Set high standards for yourself and others

• Communicative, energetic and empathetic and contribute to a positive work environment 

• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams in an international, multicultural environment

• Excellent written and spoken English skills
