Maintenance Manager - tMart

Maintenance Management

• Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

• Lead troubleshooting, repairs, and reliability improvement initiatives.

• Ensure optimal availability and efficiency of all equipment and facilities.

• Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budgets, and service contracts.

Project & Capital Management

• Oversee maintenance-related projects from initiation to completion.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.

• Prepare tender packages, evaluate bids, and manage vendor relationships.

• Coordinate capital investment projects ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

People & Team Leadership

• Lead and develop maintenance teams (white-collar and blue-collar).

• Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and foster a culture of safety and accountability.

Process, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.

• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance records.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

• 8–12 years of maintenance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.

• Proven experience managing maintenance operations, projects, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
