Our Logistics department is looking for a Workforce Performance Associate to collect and analyze data, identifying key opportunities to optimize and improve our operations.
In this role, you will determine recruiting needs based on forecasted and commercial business plans for specific areas of responsibility, ensuring the team is properly staffed to meet business objectives. You will analyze data to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and collaborate closely with the Fleet and Sales teams to align rider performance with operational targets. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing overall performance by reducing inefficiencies, driving results, and optimizing operations to meet business goals.
What you'll do:
Determine recruiting needs based on forecast and commercial business plans in specific areas of responsibility.
Ensure staffing efficiency in key areas to optimize performance.
Analyze reports related to Logistics Operations performance and provide actionable insights.
Track and analyze KPIs to improve operational performance and support business growth.
Work closely with departments like Fleet and Sales to ensure alignment and smooth coordination.
Support ad hoc analysis and special projects to enhance staffing performance and drive operational improvements.
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Logistics, Business, or related discipline).
Expertise in forecasting models and methods to predict future demand and align staffing needs.
Ability to calculate and allocate staffing levels based on seasonality and order volume fluctuations.
Proficiency in analyzing logistics data to identify trends and drive efficiency improvements.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Critical thinking to evaluate and refine forecasting models and staffing strategies through data analysis.
Experience in managing logistics projects, ensuring timely deliveries, and optimizing resources.
Strong time management skills with the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
Strong self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Strong collaboration skills, working seamlessly across teams to achieve diverse goals forward.
Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
Ability to embrace new challenges with a mindset focused on learning and growth.
