About the opportunity
At efood, performance is everything — and behind every smart decision, there’s a great analyst. We’re looking for a Business Analyst – KPIs to join our team and turn numbers into clarity.
If you love tracking performance, digging into operational data, and helping teams stay aligned with the metrics that matter, this role is a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple business areas (e.g., operations, logistics).
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics in real time.
Identify performance trends, inefficiencies, or deviations from targets — and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine KPI structures based on evolving business needs.
Support quarterly and monthly business reviews with accurate, data-backed reporting.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency, and help improve data flows and reporting automation.
What you need to be successful
BSc in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on performance monitoring or business intelligence.
Experience using Looker (or similar BI tools) to create data visualizations and reports.
Proven experience in geospatial data analysis.
Strong understanding of basic statistical concepts (e.g., distributions, variance, correlation).
Fluency in English and strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
