About the opportunity

As an Editorial Ops Agent at efood, you’ll be at the heart of what makes our platform work seamlessly, ensuring our restaurant and retail partners shine with top-tier menus and assortments. Whether it’s a first-time launch or a major update, your work will help define the customer experience, boost partner performance, and uphold the standards that make efood the go-to delivery platform in Greece. If you have an eye for detail, love collaborating across teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What you 'll do:
● Professionally handle incoming requests from restaurants/vendors for troubleshooting issues regarding menus
● Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
● Preparing/creating & modifying our partners’ menus.
● Mapping our partners’ delivery areas.
● Support other operations team members with menu knowledge when needed.
What you need to be successful
● Good MS Office Suite knowledge and usage (mainly excel)
● Ability to use technology and systems
● Experience in customer service and support roles
● Good knowledge of English language
● Fast Typing Speed
● Typing Skills
