Data Product Manager - Vendor Management

We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager, Data (Vendor Management) to join our Product team and reinvent on-demand delivery with us. If you’re a creative problem solver who is hungry for a new adventure, an international workplace is waiting for you in the heart of Berlin!

In this role, you will be leading our effort to build a data-driven pricing solution that drives affordability for customers while helping vendors in 40+ countries to run their businesses profitably. You will be working with strategy leads, data science and analytics teams, product teams, and other teams in the vendor vertical to deliver innovative solutions that help ensure a great ordering experience for customers while supporting vendors to grow to their full potential

• Own and define the end-to-end vision, roadmap, and KPIs for our data-driven pricing solutions, balancing affordability for customers with vendor profitability.

• Define the data strategy, set up and test hypotheses, design new strategies and algorithms and measure the impact

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, data science, product and regional teams) to develop and optimize solutions that drive business growth.

• Extend your impact beyond core product responsibilities by driving data literacy, enabling better decision-making across the vendor organization

• Join our large and growing global product community and act as a product champion and mentor

• 3-5 years of relevant experience as a product manager working on data-driven products with commercial impact

• Proven ability to work across multiple teams, driving alignment and collaboration toward shared objectives

• Highly analytical. Ability to think and explain all product initiatives through data. Background in data analytics or data science a big plus 

• Proven ability to use qualitative insights and data analysis to define and measure the success of (data) products

• You possess a strong sense of ownership, particularly in unstructured scenarios, where you excel at identifying meaningful patterns and transforming complexity into clear, actionable plans.

• You are passionate about working on backend systems and optimizing them continuously
