Coordinator Performance Marketing

What to expect :

We are looking for an organized and motivated Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone new in their career to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

As a Marketing Coordinator, your main tasks will involve assisting the Performance team in day-to-day tasks such as data entry, maintaining campaign calendars, conducting research on competitor activities, compiling and analyzing data for basic reports, and providing administrative support to the wider marketing functions as needed.

What’s on the menu? (Duties & Responsibilities):

• Working in close collaboration with the performance marketing team on the functional processes and the daily operational & administrative tasks

• Assisting the marketing team in the validation of spend and marketing costs for performance marketing channels including but not limited to data reporting

• Supporting the functional lead in day-to-day operational tasks such as gathering information and input, designing and populating presentation decks, and compiling data reports.

• Analyze competition activities on social platforms and prepare competitor reports for internal use

• Assist with content translations and ad copy for the different social & digital platforms

• Performing basic data entry tasks for performance marketing finance related matters, storing invoices in dedicated folders, and recapping costs from invoices

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required

• Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
